One of Flagship'4 objectives is to track how CBDRR projects being implemented in Nepal are contributing to buildling disaster resilience at the community level.
Organisations implementing projects are asked to complete the online project tracking survey. The initial results have been analysed and were presented at the national workshop in March 2013.
The presentation attached details these results.
Flagship 4 handbook - English
About this handbook
Since the inception of the 9 minimum characteristics of a disaster resilient community in Nepal, there have been many questions by Government, implementing agencies, researchers, and community members on how to operationalise these characteristics. These questions have led to the formation of this handbook which contains more information about each characteristic and examples of how they can be applied in interventions.
