The overall objective of this assignment was to formulate/develop NSRUC. The NSRUC supported urban resilient planning, development, implementation, and capacity development efforts of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development (MoFALD) in the urban areas to face emerging climate and other disasters.
